Here, You can upload a profile photo ( Must be less than 2048 kb ) and sized around 200 px square – So it should look a bit like this:
However the upload program will re-size your picture automatically to fit in the Library – Alternatively you can use Gravatar picture hosting hosting – the link to Gravatar is in your dashboard.
You can fill in a little Bio if you wish however, that will appear on your profile page on the Forum – You can change your displayed name to anything you want to keep your identity private. And you can change your profile as you wish.

You can request to have yourself removed from the website at any time by simply requesting deletion of your profile – You can use the main contact form for this with the subject ‘Deletion request’ or directly through through our data management email : datamanagement@mail.com
I will confirm this request via email before deletion -however, after this, you will no longer be able to log on as all information regarding your profile will be deleted completely . Including your log in info.
So for now, as a member, you have full use of the Forum – it is moderated but use it well and have fun.
